I am looking for a good coin storage box

I've got a handful of 1oz silver coins Krugerrand, Maple Leaf, Panda and I'm after some good storage boxes for silver coins to keep them safe. I'd really appreciate any suggestions on cases that'll fit these well

unlike gold, silver needs to have an air-tight case, to keep it from tarnishing. at the very least, it needs not to be sitting out in the free air. keeping the oil from your skin off of them will help, as well.

round single cases, empty tubes, and other display cases can be bought from most online dealers, or on e-bay. the first question is, different coins have different dimensions. so you will need to measure what coin you are trying to stack. next, you will need to determine how many you are needing to stack. what i mean is, this depends upon whether you have enough to fill entire tubes, or just a few rounds that need round coin cases. websites like provident metals, sd bullion, BGASC, silver-gold bullion, and numerous others sell empty cases and tubes on top of the bullion that they sell. a simple search will find dealers that will have the size and quantity you're looking for.

That definitely helps, I'll check out those sites and measure my coins first, I didn't realize airtight storage mattered that much for silver, glad you mentioned it

I actually have an ammo box already, so I'll grab some desiccant packs and start there, it seems like a solid, low-cost way to keep em safe.
