Refining precious metals

Dear Members
Precipitation of gold from aqua regia solution becomes difficult by SMB I think nitric make hindrance whereas I have denox by urea but still very low quantity precipitated as expected, any suggestions

What ratios are you working with?
I suggest 0.30 times of gold expected for urea and 0.80 times of expected gold for SMB.
Denox is complete when there are no visble bubbles.
